Exciting news!  The Office of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) will be transitioning to a new cafeteria software system called Heartland MCS School Solutions.   We will be changing our point of service and online prepayment systems between April 22 - April 24.  It is our goal to make this transition as seamless as possible for parents, students, and BPS staff that currently prepay their cafeteria account through MyPaymentsPlus.com.  Here are the highlights:

• Beginning April 24, 2025, cafeteria online prepayments should be done through MySchoolBucks instead of MyPaymentsPlus.

• The last day to make cafeteria prepayments online in MyPaymentsPlus is April 21, 2025.  Parents are encouraged to make an extra payment by April 21 to support their child’s cafeteria purchases until April 24.  Cash and check payments will still be accepted in the cafeteria during this transition.

• Parents may create a MySchoolBucks account starting April 24 at www.myschoolbucks.com or on the MySchoolsBucks app.  The account can be used to make payments online, set up recurring payments, monitor your child’s cafeteria purchases, and set up low balance notifications. There is no fee for using MySchoolBucks.

• The balance in your MyPaymentsPlus account will transfer to MySchoolBucks on April 24.  No action is needed on your part.
