At Brevard County Public Schools, Mrs. Pamela Dampier serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, where she leads a team of dedicated professionals, in the different departments listed on the left, by providing quality educational experience for students. Her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in ensuring that students receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Mrs. Dampier holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Educational Leadership. She began her career as a classroom teacher and quickly rose through the ranks by serving in leadership positions in several school districts. She has dedicated her career to promoting excellence and has been a driving force behind numerous initiatives that have positively impacted schools and communities. As an Assistant Superintendent, Mrs. Dampier has been instrumental in promoting a student-centered learning environment in the schools and districts she has served. She is a respected and accomplished educational leader with a passion for improving the quality of education for students. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships with educators, parents, and community leaders to ensure successful academic outcomes for students. Mrs. Dampier is committed to making a difference in the lives of students in Brevard Public Schools.
