NOTICE OF CAPITAL OUTLAY COMMITTEE (COC) MEETING
BREVARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS, FLORIDA
MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to FS 1001.372, The Brevard County Public Schools’ Capital Outlay Committee (COC) will meet on Monday, October 21, 2024 commencing at 1:30 PM and continuing until duly adjourned. This meeting will be held in the Board Room at the Brevard County School Board Office, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida. This meeting is open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal a decision made by the COC with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing is hereby advised that he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
